il clima POP UP Restaurant Announcement Part II
From September 16th to October 15th, il clima will be hosting a special pop-up restaurant with guest chef Takaya Odashima from Tokyo.
Odashima was born in 1987 in Akita prefecture. After graduating from the French branch of the Tsuji Culinary Institute, he worked at Tateru Yoshino, going on to serve as a chef at Singaporean and Asian restaurants. In his previous role, he was the chef at organic vegetable restaurant WE ARE THE FARM in Ebisu, Tokyo. His current work is primarily in catering, boxed-lunch sales, restaurant consulting, recipe creation, and e-commerce production, with a particular focus in on-site catering. He uses vegetables as the main in his cooking, and considers conveying the appeal of vegetables to be his life’s work.
We are looking forward to seeing what he creates using the fresh vegetables of Toyama!
